NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19 day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-1219, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-1, ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and LEIGH BRASIER, LELY VILLAS I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF NAPLES, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEIGH BRASIER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 4th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
