NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 9, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002405 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JUSTIN MOORE; SWEETWATER BAY AT STERLING OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STERLING OAKS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION AND CLUB, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 4th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
