NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 9, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001455 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OH2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OH2 is the Plaintiff and CARLOS A. RESTREPO; BEATRIZ E. MEJIA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; LAUREL LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
