NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 10, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-2786 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-11 is the Plaintiff and CYRIL F. WELLS; CHRISTINE E. WELLS; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; LAKEWOOD SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION I, INC.; LAKEWOOD COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAKEWOOD SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION II, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 6 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
