NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-02377 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein ARBOR TRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and SANFORD LAZARUS is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, the Clerk's street address for auctions, at 11:00 AM (3rd Floor Lobby), on the 6 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 2-207, ARBOR TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1634, Page 1634, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida a/k/a 201 Arbor Lake Drive #207, Naples, FL 34110.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
