Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2013, and entered in 12-CA-802 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7, is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH DE LA HOZ; ALEXANDER DE LA HOZ; BANK OF AMERICA,N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3d floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on February 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 61, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 92, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGE 31 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
