Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2012, and entered in 1102938CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and DEBORAH K. JOHNSON AKA DEBORAH JOHNSON; COURTYARD VILLAGE AT KINGS LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; KINGS LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3d floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on February 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT A-204, COURTYARD VILLAGE AT KINGS LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1515, PAGES 2345 THROUGH 2430, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
