NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 10, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-002271 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA1, 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and JAMES J. MAY; GLORIA MAY; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 105, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 7 AND 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
