NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2353-CA of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HAWTHORNE AT LELY RESORT CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and GREGORY VAYSMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GREGORY VAYSMAN; THE PLAYERS CLUB & SPA, LLC; TENANT ONE and TENANT TWO are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: In the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 6 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 1802 of HAWTHORNE AT LELY RESORT, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 4050 at Page 26 through 183, inclusive of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as may be amended, together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging (the property).

A/K/A: 7838 Hawthorne Drive, Unit 1802
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
