Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 0903996CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and THOMAS BROOKS, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, Florida, 34112 at the hour of 11:00 am on the 4 day of February, 2013, the following described property:
THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT NO. 82, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 51, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 84 AND 85 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
