Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-799 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 7 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 2708, Failing Waters Beach Resort IV, a Condominium according to The Declaration of Condominium for Falling Waters Beach Resort IV, recorded in Official Records Book 2490, Page 2530 through 2642, as amended of The Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with the exclusive right to use of Garage No. 2708 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
