Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-3353 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 7 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 2003, Phase 20, THE PRESERVE AT THE SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2594, Page 1409; and any amendments thereof; together with an undivided interest in the common elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the above described unit; said instruments being recorded and said land situate, lying and being in Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
