NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF
THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL
CIRCUIT IN AND FOR
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA -
CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on February 7, 2013, at eleven o'clock, a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby Area of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit 3R, Building 3, Monterey Villas, a condominium, Phase 3, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 1987, Page 559, and subsequently amended, all in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Having an address of 8089 San Vista Circle, Unit 3R, Naples, Florida 34109.
pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:

Plaintiff, v.
GEORGE CARISTE; MONTEREY VILLAS CONDOMINIUM
ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida
non-profit corporation; MUTUAL OF OMAHA BANK, and any
unknown successors, assigns, heirs, devisees, beneficiaries, grantees, creditors, and any other unknown persons or unknown spouses
claiming by, through and under any of the above named Defendants,

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
