JOHN/JANE DOE, fictitious names representing tenants in

Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-2249 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK is the Plaintiff, and J. S. DININO PROPERTIES, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, PIPER'S CROSSING COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation; THE TWO HUNDRED BUILDING ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non- profit corporation, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on February 6, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. on the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, the following described property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Unit No. 203 of the Two Hundred Building, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4054, Page 980, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium O.R Book 4054, Page 980, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days.
