NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2057-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. TRUSTEE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF APRIL 1,2005 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-WHQ2, is Plaintiff and Brenda L. Wimmer, is Defendant,I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00AM on the 7th day of February, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 185, OF GOLDEN GATE, UNIT NO 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 124 THROUGH 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
