Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
Lots 4 and 5, Block G, Naples Villas, in accordance with and subject to the plat recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 7, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby of the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples Florida 34112 at 11:00 AM, on February 7, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
