NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, as follows: In the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse in Collier County, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date.
in accordance with chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of February 2012.
LOTS 49 AND 50, BLOCK 6, NAPLES PARK, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
