Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 11, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-1055 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 14th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 202, Building 33, EGRET'S WALK AT PELICAN MARSH V, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2396, Page 922, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida and all amendments thereto. Together with an undivided share in all common elements appurtenant thereto
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
