NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-002733 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and FRANCISCO MEDINA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANCISCO MEDINA N/K/A ROSELLI MEDINA; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 14th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
