NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11 2009 CA 005695 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and GARY A. HAUSIN; LAURIE A. HAUSIN; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, at 11:00AM, on the 11th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 20, BLOCK 121, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 107 TO 116, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
