FLORES; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUAN J. FLORES; LINDA OLIVIERI FLORES; JESSIE R. UNIT 1405, BUILDING 14, PHASE 4, WEDGE WOOD II AT PELICAN STRAND, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2655, PAGE 2649, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
