NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-000314, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF HARBORVIEW 2005-12 TRUST FUND, is Plaintiff and JERALD A. FINE, a/k/a GERALD A. FINE a/k/a JERALD FINE; UN KNOWN SPOUSE OF JERALD A FINE; JOHN DOE and; JANE DOE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK N.A.; GRAND CYPRESS I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CYPRESS WOODS GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; GRAND CYPRESS RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 13th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 201, BUILDING 67, IN GRAND CYPRESS I, A CONDOMINIUM , ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2538, PAGE 1540, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
