Final Judgment was awarded on September 14, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 11-2010-000833-CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, JUSTIN N. SHROYER A/K/A JUSTIN SHROYER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUSTIN N. SHROYER A/K/A JUSTIN SHROYER N/K/A DONNA SHROYER; SUSAN SHORYER A/K/A SUSAN N. SHORYER; CAVALIER CORPORATION; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; joHN DOE N/K/A CHRIS SHROYER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the COLLIER County COURTHOUSE, IN THE LOBBY ON THE THIRD Floor OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX located at 3315 Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 AM on February 14, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 5, NAPLES TWIN LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 35 AND 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
