Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-122 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 11 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 2, a/k/a 1052 Up of No. 5, The Glades Country Club Apartments, a condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Record Book 600, pages 755 through 886, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
