NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 11 2011 CA 0040330001 XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES. SERIES 2006-23, Plaintiff, and JOSE CORRAL a/k/A JOSE LUIS CORRAL, MARIBEL CORRAL, MORTgAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MiN#100031700003512635, ARROWHEAD RESERVE AT LAKE TRAFFORD PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., uNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JESSICA CRUZ, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 11 day of February, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 8, BLOCK A,, ARROWHEAD RESERVE AT LAKE TRAFFORD-PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 94 THROUGH 111, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
