That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 1, Phase 12, THE COACH HOMES OF BERKSHIRE LAKES, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1424, Page 156 and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you, BILJANA STOJANOVIC, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address is as follows: Jennifer A. Nichols, Esquire, Roetzel & Andress, LPA, 850 Park Shore Drive, Third Floor, Naples FL 34103, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter on or before thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice; or otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Foreclosure.
