NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-001998 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, Plaintiff and Michael Norsworthy a/k/a Mike Norsworthy and Sylvia Norsworthy, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR AT THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE HUGH HAYES ANNEX, NAPLES, FLORIDA, AT 11:00 A.M. on February 14, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 42, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 21, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGES 81 AND 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
