YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-2 is Plaintiff and JAMES FERREE A/K/A JAMES L. FERREE; CHARLOTTE FERREE A/K/A CHARLOTTE E. FERREE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC. MIN NO. 100013800830863714; WEDGEWOOD AT VANDERBILT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; VANDERBILT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; CARTER FENCE COMPANY, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at Collier County, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 11 day of February, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 103, BUILDING 33, W3EDGEWOOD AT VANDERBILT CONDOMINIUM III, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2736, PAGE 1717, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY INTEREST IN THE COMMON AREA AS SET FORTH IN THE
DECLARATION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
