NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-02296 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which FV-I, Inc. in trust for Morgan Stanley Mortgage Capital Holdings LLC, is the Plaintiff and Rafael Peraza, Granada Lakes Villas Condominium Association, Inc., Santa Barbara Landings Property Owner's Association, Inc. , Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00AM on the 11 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 11, IN BUILDING 201, OF GRANADA LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3969, PAGE 1537, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
