NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-002294 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Maria Gaimari, Vincent Gaimari, United States of America, Department of the Treasury - Internal Revenue Service, Village Walk Homeowners Association of Naples, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00AM on the 11 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 326, OF VILLAGE WALK, PHASE THREE, A SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 90 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
