NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-03528 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Household Finance Corporation III, is the Plaintiff and Richard J. Timko, Terrie L. Timko, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00AM on the 11 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 151, HALLENDALE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
