NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11 2010 CA 000294 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Gary L. Betz, Shirley A. Betz, Ford Motor Credit Company, LLC, Regions Bank, successor in interest to AmSouth Bank are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00AM on the 11 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 144, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 82, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 3325 14TH AVENUE SOUTHEAST, NAPLES, FL 34117
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
