Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 0213 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-00094 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 11 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 206, Building 39, FAIRWAYS AT PAR FOUR FOUR-THREE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1107, Pages 1100 through 1153, inclusive, and a subsequently amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
