NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 19, 2012 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-007808-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida,wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and KHALED M. EL BANNA, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20th day of February, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 316, of HAWTHORN SUITES ORLANDO, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 8594, at page 1846, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
