NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
SEE EXHIBIT “A.” Commonly known as: 33 NORTH 5TH STREET, ORLANDO, FLORIDA 32833.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash in a foreclosure sale at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. (EST), on the 16th day of April, 2013.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
