NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-006407-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and JOHN M. SCHNELL, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 103, Building 6, of LAKE VIEW CONDOMINIUM NO. 10, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4024, Page 3364, inclusive, and all valid amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements as set forth in the exhibits to the said Declaration of Condominium, as recorded, exemplified, referred to and set forth in said Declaration of Condominium and exhibits thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
