JENSEN; MYRA JENSEN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; CASA CIELO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 02/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 10, OF CASA CIELO CONDOMINIUM OF WINTER PARK, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6314, AT PAGE 6111, AND AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6885, PAGE 3542, AND SECOND AMENDMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8186, PAGE 2685, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
