NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 17, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-007293-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC4 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT LEVINE; STATE OF FLORIDA; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TENANT #1 N/K/A ANTHONY CASTRO, and TENANT #2 N/K/A SHIRLY BOYANT are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 02/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
