NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-0032148-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Trust 2007-AR21IP, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR21IP under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated October 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and JAMES TOLER; BEVERLY TOLER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B.; BRONSON'S LANDING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 11th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BRONSON”S LANDINGS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE(S) 139-149, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
