NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 7, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-013963-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff, and, WILLIAM A. TREXLER; JEANA M. TREXLER; CYPRESS SPRINGS II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on February 8, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
