Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14th, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-013011-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR VOLT NPL IX ASSET HOLDINGS TRUST is the Plaintiff, and MORGAN A WOODWARD, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 101, JOHNS LAKE POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGES 121 THROUGH 130, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 18th day of February, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
