Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14th, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2011-CA-014505-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R8, UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2005 is the Plaintiff, and RICHARD T. WHITE II, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 7, Block 903, VILLAGE AT BITHLO - A REPLAT, as shown on the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 45, Pages 94-95, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 18th day of February, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
