NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2013, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-012717-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein 21st Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Carol A. Alicea; Unknown Spouse of Carol A. Alicea; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 12th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 321, CHARLIN PARK SIXTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 147, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH 2004 SKYLINE MOBILE HOME, VIN #20620349SA AND VIN #20620349SB.
