Begin on the North line of State Road No. 50, at a point 80 feet West from the East line of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 18, Township 22 South, Range 31 East, Orange County, Florida, for the Point of Beginning; run thence North 210 feet; thence West 75 feet; thence South 210 feet to the North line of State Road No. 50; thence Northeasterly along the said North line of State Road No. 50 to the Point of Beginning
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to J. Martin Knaust, Esquire, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, on or before 30 DAYS FROM FIRST DATE OF PUBLICATION, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter;
otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
