NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-005012 of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein STABILIS FUND II, LLC is the Plaintiff and KNG, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, KIMBERLEY A. BOURNE, an individual, ORLANDO DIABETES AND ENDOCRINE SPECIALISTS, P.A., a Florida corporation, FLORIDA BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation; UNITED STATES SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, an Agency of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; METRO PARK THREE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a non-profit corporation, METRO PARK PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a non-profit corporation, METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on March 12, 2013, described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNITS 101, 102, 104, 105, 106 AND 107 OF METRO PARK THREE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9094, PAGE 1339, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. Failure of any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, other than the property owner, to file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale will result in a loss of entitlement to surplus funds.
