Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated January 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-2009-CA-006181, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and CAROL RHODES,; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 18th day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT E 304, HACIENDA DEL MAR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2861, PAGE 1843, ET. SEQ., AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM BOOK 14, PAGES 8A THROUGH 8G, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 14, PAGES 21A THROUGH 21I, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON PROPERTY APPURTENANT THERETO.
This property is located at the Street address of: 11140 HACIENDA DELMAR BLV E304, PLACIDA, FL 33946.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
