NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated dated January 3rd, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 08-2008-CA-000570 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR BCAPB LLC TRUST 2007-AB1, is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA ANN HURST, AS TRUSTEE OF THE PATRICIA ANN HURST REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, DATED MAY 31, 2007; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE PATRICIA ANN HURST REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, DATED MAY 31, 2007; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; HERITAGE OAK PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 1st day of Feb., 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
