BANKUNITED, ASSIGNEE OF THE FDIC, AS RECEIVER FOR BANKUNITED, FSB is Plaintiff and GERALD D. LEARY; KATHLEEN P LEARY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHLEEN P. LEARY, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at by electronic sale AT: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 29 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
