Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-2011-CA-002181 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and RUBY BUMGARNER, is the Defendant.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the day of 24th of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, RIVER EDGE SUBDIVISION, NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
