NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated January 9, 2013, and a Final Summary Judgment dated August 12, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-1467-CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., is Plaintiff, and AMANDA H. SINGH; ___ SINGH, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AMANDA H. SINGH, IF MARRIED; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE, are Defendant(s).
BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 11th day of February, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

This property is located at the Street address of: 3348 Normandy Drive, Port Charlotte, FL 33952.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
